From information that I found, Jonti Griffin seems to be a young designer (student ?) from New Zeland... He shows great skills print and editorial design... and I love the name of his site "The trials & Tribulations of Jonti Griffin, A Graphic tale"

The use of watercolor is very interesting in design (you know I use it a lot), but Strategy push it further with this project for The Great Catering Company using real food to do textures. And it is totally complimentary with "the art of food" concept...
More infos : The Great Catering Company is one of the market leaders in private and corporate catering. They wanted to position catering as more than just food and service, and portray it as an art form and experience. Understanding that the preparation of food is an organic and creative process, and its consumption a social activity, we engaged in our culinary art by painting together using different foods to create the visual language.
