I started yesterday a workshop at ECV, in Aix-en-Provence, and it will be spread over a week (thank you Nathalie Brossard and Meike Kraus). This is what I love about my job/life, to be in Bali one day, teacher the next day... And the icing on the cake, the ECV is organizing an exhibition of TDC (Type Directors Club), which includes the creations of designers and typographers, all in the "Cité du livre" and its incredible entry!
This what it looks like to be a teacher in 2014... Welcome to the apple world ! Guess what is the subject with this pinterest board I create for the students.

Here it comes, the first post of 2014 ! I love all the promises of a new year ! I spent the first day of the year with my wife and daughter on a beach, with some wood letters to play with ! Here comes the result !
I wanted to see the sea for several months, and even if it is only an hour's drive from our house, I had not found the time. It is a perfect landscape to begin a year : immense extent, no limits, bad weather from one side but the sun on the other !
I want to thank you, you who come from time to time or can not start your day without a ride on this site, you who follow me for 8 years or who had discovered this site in 2013 !
Obviously, I have dozens of projects in mind and most important coming in a few days: 3 ebooks ! I was left on 2 and then finally in the running, I made a third ! Shop sales also arrive on January 08 ( "official" day of winter sales in France ) . Then ... new posters , and many other things ! And and as always, my selection of projects to let your 2014 being inspired and creative !

1 year ago, I launch the new Mr Cup web site from Bali, where I stay for a year. It is a big succes for me, as so much more people follow me and it is a pleasure to share my passion for design and beautiful objects ! So much more is coming !!!
Welcome to my new studio
To celebrate, I first invit you to my new studio ! Back in France since april, we found a nice house to rent and this is where I spend most of my days ! It shows you all that I have done or collect over the years : the wood letters made in Bali, the vintages items, vinyl, the past calendars...
I put all these images with comments on each iems on my flickr gallery.
